HENG.
thnks to darryl first - for showing me this hilarious video on Learning English. =)
today was a rlly eventful day > thnks to JAZZ for telling me band starts at 9 ( but she wasn't even there!! :( still - had a nice time listening to Inyusha's theme song - "
I Want To Change The World" or that's what i tink the title is. =P [ courtesy of diana!! :]
wasn't rlly productive [band, i mean] cauz we had some crap session where people just voice out their views and 'displeasure' and maybe a bit of 'bitching' of people and all that kinda stuff. but while SH was stalking and all, some people were talking in their own small groups. SH doesn't even bother to 'shush' them [ that's the word i will use ;] and just continues rambling. =(
BOO BOO there - how to improve discipline and hope that it will improve if you dunt correct it? want to let them make further mistakes ah? HOW CAN? =( [me = disappointed.]
rlly - all that discussion rlly doesn't work - abt how to improve band and all ESP when actions speak louder than words!!!
i want to see some productivity. shall not be pissed by this. =P
at 1130 left for pkw gallery - Plastic Kinetique Worms. [dun understand why but shant ask either] for an artist talk that ms lee arranged for us to um uh AH - listen to. this guy is a Canadian-French and he is an artist based in Montreal [i think] and he is in Singapore as part of a ''exchange'' kind of program. so the whole of sec 3 art students walk into the ''gallery'' [or whatever you call it cauz it just looks like some ordinary room to me.] so he pulls down this screen and starts to show us a video and explaining to us the concept behind the video.
oh yarh - his name is Patrick Bieulieu [if i dun spell it wrongly :] the whole concept about his projects is about displacement - sorta like taking one thing away from its original position or place. it was quite interesting > ESP one part where there was throwing of boxes
AROUND. =P art students will know whad i mean. =) he has this project about displacement going on and it's quite inspirational and all that. like how he explains that for one project, he puts glasses into boxes
WITHOUT styrofoam or the ''bubble'' wrap thing or any form of protection rlly. all he does is = put ''glassy''/ fragile stuff into a box + put some metallic object inside + transport it to a place where he intends to hold his next exhibition = see what happens after the journey.
WHICH usually results in the fragile stuff being broken. alot of other concepts as well - it was a great experience. we also went to his studio - which was only next door and quite convenient to go to - to take a look at some of the objects transported to s'pore. quite ''
INTERESTING''.
[ends talk on tour quickly cauz me can spot sleepyheads in audience :]
so after the talk, QY and i go to the
TREES to pick saga seeds off the ground. [-.-" dun ask why.] proceeded to the bus that ms lee chartered for us and went back to schoool -um- to tiong for lunch actually cauz did not get to eat anything at all during the past few hours. =) heard frm jazzy that band would start at 330 cauz there were 'n' level prelims.
YIPPEE. =P
came back and lets just say the later part of band made me pissed too so i have no choice but to zip my mouth up at this point to prevent vulgarities from coming out. SORRY. =(
uh - yarh. thats the end of it i think. today's rating is 4 stars!! ="( BB.

old music[s]
after a while, one will learn how to observe another person and decipher smtg from it. this is one of the whiles where i learn. there is so much things i want to say to this one person esp sorry cauz of everything that happened. i think if that person was still my friend, i would be happier, but its NO MORE. =( sometimes we're too late at discovering our flaws and even if we do, we may not be able to change it.
LL [ lesson learned.]: don't EVER take things for granted. ESP people. =(
______________________________________________________________________________________
so many incidents in a week and again i'm overwhelmed. if i don't get it all down, i'm afraid i will lose all these memories and experiences in a flash. but they are all very important to me, whether good or bad. all i can say that i want to turn back time and escape from all these things but quite impossible.
i just want to say that i finally LEARNED [-.-"] that i'm actually a very, EXTREMELY lucky person in this world. i have a happy family, i have a 'GOOD' brother, i have two loving parents, i have good friends around me who care, i have mentors who are willing to guide me [ dun mean 'W' =P], i have all the necessities a teen wants [ um, i NEED a doggie. =P], i usually get what i want [and am a bit spoilt =) ], i have everything i think i want and need to have BLAH BLAH BLAH. even decent grades and all. i think i should not whine anymore about how my life sucks and how somethings don't go my way because - I AM ACTUALLY REALLY LUCKY. compared to those ppl in Africa [ like my dad would say.]
so those pps out there who think their lives are 'SHITTY', [my word for it.], get up from where you are sitting [or if you are standing.] and look around you. you will realise that you are LUCKY. what's next? DON'T TAKE THINGS FOR GRANTED. you will understand why in time to come. =)
that ends today's phil speech for a while. =)

oh, this month is all about old songs from boybands and girlbands and what nots!!! =D
ESP love this song by The Click Five called 'Say Goodnight'. it's also the theme song for Tiff's blog.
YA NOE. i think its rlly nice and the band's drummer is =)
WOOHOO!! =D well, other bands must include N'Sync, A1, Westlife [my fave boyband], even Spice Girls!! =P all in a day's work for old songs.was listening to Hanson too, just a while ago and i wished i knew how to play the guitar so i can perform like them! =) wish gets me to the next thing --
ytd was ACES [all children exercise simultaneously - mr lee said it was a LOUSY acronym.] and also teacher's day. it rained really heavily in the morning so the 'Art's FEST' was cancelled and we just stayed in class for abt
2 WHOLE HOURS!!! =( heng it wasn't that boring due to Jyn's, Ham's and Kaw's hp [which i used to hear songs on; and hence found out abt 'Say Gdnite'. thnks jyn!! =) ] also thanks to Kaw's Oreos and MeiJi chocs.
LOVE CHOCS!! =D
and then i got a little bored so i decided to try
SARAH"S FLUTE!! [will
DEF be punished by SL severely if he knows this. =P ] and it turned out i was okay with it!! only problem is that my fingers were too short - can't reach some fingerings. um, i mean buttons. [ proceeds to sing 'BUTTONS' by PCD :] anyway, it got me thinking abt whether i wanted to seriously take up guitar or not. summore, there was this '
SUPERBAND SPECIAL' for the teachers and there were some really good guitarists.
SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING taking up guitar. =)
um, yah, jyn and my cousin should take note of that. =)
that's all for today -
