REALLY LONG POST - are u willing to read? =)
i've just discovered im rlly long past post times again, as usual. must say a big sorry to all those people who are actually willing to take a look at my blog. but iwill try my best to update okie? esp for people like ham, jyn and SA. thnks u pps - like ya'all. =)first one: umpteen band pracs = tiring hoursforgive me if i have to complain, im actually suffering from a sore palm ever since ytd i had to play 'El Cumbachero'. must say it's such a tiring thing to do. which leads us to the second point of the day:ballon hat festival: rocks my socks off MAN!!! =) i mean there were a few band pracs to prepare for this event and i thought not too much of it - according to the TIC ['chers in charge], we were just supposed to have fun. of course, better if you win something back for the school and.. YOU KNOW - the likes of it.well, i thought it was great fun and anticipation for me. i'm WERRRRRRRR enthu about festivals this year, so it's really a great time to PARRRRTTTTAAAYY!!! still can't get over one thing that just spoils the whole atmosphere - WHADS WITH THE PINK TEES??? =P not me overeacting, but really, of all things that we could wear, it had to be pink. i mean.. WHY NOT RED? argh, at least it's all over now, but i just wonder what can i do with the baby pink tee now stuck in my wardrobe. EW.other bands wore their own creations, printed tees and some were really silly - UNIFORMS? going to kill themselves in the heat i guessed. =) oh wells, we were luckier in polo tees.marching was tiring and the pumping of balloons even WORSE. on the OPTIMISTIC side, the hats looked not too shabby, although it threatened to fall off our heads any moment. THEN WE MARCHED OFF. sigh, it was an okay day i guess, the weather not being too hot and all. i'm in the pecussion, so standing in front and leading the way with the other percussionists was our job. [wishing at this moment ididn't look like a LAUGHING STOCK :]walk walk walk to the 'imaginary starting line', our drum major 'swinging' his mace and *poof*.[vB proceeds to skip all the other minor details before it kills the readers :]in the end, when we were finally at the beach with all the other school bands, it just marked how much effort we put into enjoying ourselves and having fun 'SWEATING'. they released the [dunno-how-many] balloons into the air and even CNA was there. [=.="] finally, when they announced the winners, GESS won something after all - Runner Up for Best Costume Award. really EXHILARATED at that time. then FF [fast forward] to people being pushed into the sea [ no one died larh :], feeling really tired but satisfied.yipee.next few/many/thousands of posts will focus on:- tiring band pracs - AGAIN!!!
